Britney Spears' jury is doing its best to make up for lost time.

While it took 14 months—a very long 14 months—for the singer's trial on misdemeanor driving without a license to reach a courtroom, it took barely two days of testimony before jurors entered deliberations.

The eight-woman, four-man panel is currently pondering the pop star's fate.

At stake is whether the 26-year-old will be slapped with a criminal charge as a result of her August 2007 ding-and-run, at which time she was in possession of a Louisiana, though not California, driver's license.

Spears, who has been MIA throughout the proceedings, might have to put in face time in the court if she's convicted.

"Her lawyer can stand in for the sentencing hearing, but the judge might want it all done on the record," Alec Rose, a Santa Monica criminal defense attorney, tells E! News.

The maximum sentence is six months in jail and a $1,000 fine—not to mention the knowledge that a much less costly solution, which included zero time behind bars, without the embarrassment of a public trial could have been, had Spears accepted prosecutors' plea deal earlier this month.

Rose, who's not involved in the case, doesn't expect much of a penalty even if the singer is found guilty.

"No one gets sentenced jail time" in these kind of cases, says Rose. "She would probably only have to pay a fine of a few hundred dollars and be on one to three years of summary probation."

Three witnesses, including Spears' father, Jamie, testified before Friday morning's closing statements.

For his part, Jamie did his best to justify her out-of-state license and play down the fact that his daughter had tied the knot and twice given birth in the Golden State, saying her real home was and will again be Louisiana.

Britney Spears' ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib could find himself behind bars if he tried to sell the s*x tape featuring him and the singer.

The paparazzi photographer, who dated Britney during her public meltdown, had offered the tape for sale inviting the highest bid and was trying to sell it to Internet's pay-per-view po rn websites for 5.6million pounds.

Meanwhile, the singer has decided to fight back and her lawyers have filed a lawsuit claiming that Britney was mentally instable when the video was shot.

The 2-hour long tape was allegedly shot while the duo was holidaying in Mexico earlier this year - around the same time when Britney was struggling with depression, drug addiction and nervous breakdowns.

The singer had landed in hospital psychiatric wards twice after a string of public meltdowns and had also lost custody of her children control of her finances before being filmed with Ghalib.

"Brit's attorneys will argue that she was coerced into being filmed having s*x with Ghalib while the balance of her mind was disturbed," the Daily Star quoted a family source as saying.

The source said: "Every shred of evidence supports this.

"The whole world watched earlier this year as she was strapped on to a gurney and carted off to a mental ward."

The 35-year old Brummie, who, according to pals, has been struggling financially since being ditched by Britney, could face up to ten years behind bars if he were to break the injunction.

Graham dumped De Anna and was told her “You did what you thought you needed to do… so this is goodbye, forever,” in the running season of the Bachelorette. Two days after giving birth, Jamie Lynn Spears left the hospital and headed home with daughter Maddie Briann, according to reports.

The 17-year-old new mom left the Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center in McComb, Mississippi, early Saturday morning.

Jamie Lynn’s fiancé, Casey Aldridge and her mother Lynne Spears were seen leaving the hospital in a white Range Rover, with what was believed to be Jamie Lynn in the backseat.

The vehicle received a police escort as it left the hospital en route for the Spears family home in Kentwood, Louisiana.

However, things weren’t quite what they appeared, according to OK! Magazine, as the new parents pulled a fast one on the awaiting paparazzi.

While some reports indicated the new mom and her newborn were taken to Serenity – the Kentwood, Louisiana estate owned by Britney, OK! Magazine reported Casey Aldridge and Lynne Spears instead served as a decoy to the paparazzi as they headed to Kentwood.

Instead, according to OK!, Jamie Lynn and Maddie were taken to Liberty, Mississippi, where Jamie Lynn purchased a home last month.

While paparazzi snapped Casey and Lynne driving away with what appeared to be Jamie Lynn in the backseat on Saturday, it was actually a decoy in the backseat wrapped in a white sheet and not Jamie Lynn.

According to OK!, after the staged decoy, mom and baby made their exit in private, driven separately by private security guards and escorted by state troopers back to their home in Liberty.

The “Zoey 101” star gave birth gave birth around 9:30 AM local time on Thursday. Contrary to previous reports, OK! Magazine confirmed Jamie Lynn did not have a C-section.

Jamie Lynn’s big sis, Britney, her father Jamie and brother Bryan all flew in from Los Angeles to be present for Maddie’s arrival.

When Britney returned to Los Angeles on Friday evening, chaos ensued as the pop star’s entourage was reportedly involved in a scuffle with a member of the paparazzi at Los Angeles International Airport.

According to the Associated Press, between 30 and 35 photographers swarmed Britney’s vehicle outside the terminal before a bodyguard pushed a camera into a photographer’s face.

Britney was left unscathed and was able to leave the airport safely.

Miley Cyrus might have a new boyfriend and his name is Marshall, a 22 year old back-up dancer. Perezhilton.com reported that the 15 year-old Cyrus has been hanging out with this guy a little more than usual. No official word if he is her boyfriend.

It seems that things are getting a little worse for troubled rap star R. Kelly, a woman has now come forward and has admitted that she participated in a sex session with Kelly and the under-aged girl. This will do little to help his case, the R&B star has also been accused of offering women £125,000 in the hope that they would cover up footage, which is damming to the case.

The woman in question is called Lisa Van Allen, while in court she told the jurors in the sex trail that she had sex with R. Kelly and the under aged victim in front of a camera, back in 1998. Allen also claimed that the sex session took place in the same Illinois home where prosecutors claim that the sex tape was made. Lisa also claimed to have been involved in a second sex session in 1999 with the victim, who she believes was 16. Allen said that cried all the way through it.

While on the stand, Van Allen also told jurors how Kelly offered her money to try and recover a tape, which had one of his sex sessions on it. One of Kelly’s associates then collected the tape from her and handed over £10,000.

Kelly’s defence attorneys have accused Allen of trying to extort the singer; we will have to wait until Wednesday when they will open their case.

Woman claims tryst with R. Kelly, alleged victim

Prosecutors rested their case in R. Kelly's child pornography trial after a day of sensational testimony about alleged trysts, extortion plots and a duffel bag full of sex tapes.

Star prosecution witness Lisa Van Allen cried on the witness stand, pausing to regain her composure, as she described several alleged three-way sexual encounters with the R&B star and the alleged victim, some of which she claimed Kelly videotaped.

Van Allen, 27, also told jurors in more than three hours of testimony Monday that Kelly offered her $250,000 last year to recover a tape of one of the trysts.

During cross-examination, a defense attorney accused Van Allen of plotting to extort money from the singer, which she denied. Under further questioning, she admitted she once stole Kelly's $20,000 diamond-studded watch from a hotel.

"Van Allen is an admitted thief and liar who wouldn't know the truth if she tripped over it," Kelly's business manager, Derrel McDavid, said in a statement.

Kelly, 41, faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted of child pornography for allegedly videotaping himself having sex with a female prosecutors say was as young as 13. He has pleaded not guilty and both he and the alleged victim, now 23, deny being on the video — which is separate from those Van Allen testified to being on.

The state, which called more than a dozen witnesses over two weeks, rested its case after Van Allen's testimony. Jurors will get Tuesday off before the defense begins its presentation on Wednesday.

Van Allen told jurors Monday she first had sex with Kelly and the alleged victim in 1998. Kelly would have been around 30 years old at the time, Van Allen about 18 and the alleged victim would have been 14, according to prosecutors' estimates.

Van Allen said Kelly told her then that the alleged victim was 16. The age of legal consent in Illinois is 17.

The three-way sex took place in the same home on Chicago's North Side where prosecutors say the sex tape at the center of the case was made, Van Allen told jurors.

She said she began crying during a second sexual encounter in 1999 with Kelly and the alleged victim, causing an upset Kelly to pick up the video camera and leave the room. She said that encounter took place at the house's basketball court.

"I started crying ... because I didn't want to do it," Van Allen testified. She said Kelly complained that her crying ruined the footage and that he never kept tapes during which she cried.

A final three-way encounter occurred in a trailer during a video shoot in Chicago in 2000, Van Allen said. When someone came to the trailer door, the alleged victim "had to run into the bathroom naked" because Kelly did not want others to see her there, she told jurors.

Several months pregnant, Van Allen, from Georgia, initially appeared relaxed on the witness stand and smiled frequently. But she wept when she discussed the second alleged encounter. Prosecutors paused for two minutes as she dabbed tears from her face.

Kelly looked on from across the room as Van Allen testified, at least once appearing to shake his head and other times staring at his folded hands.

Van Allen told jurors that Kelly offered her $250,000 last year to recover a tape of one of the encounters with the alleged victim. She said acquaintances of hers took the tape from Kansas City to a Chicago hotel, where it was handed over to a Kelly associate who paid $20,000 in cash.

Van Allen portrayed Kelly as obsessed with videotaping his sexual exploits, testifying that he even carried around a duffel bag with his homemade sex tapes in it.

"He carried it everywhere with him," she said. "Wherever he was at, the bag would follow him."

Van Allen said she first met Kelly at the making of a music video in Georgia about 10 years ago. She later appeared in several Kelly music videos, including one for the song "I Wish," in which she braids the singer's hair.

During a 1998 Kelly concert tour, Van Allen said she simulated having sex with the singer in front of the audience.

"You didn't cry then, did you?" asked defense attorney Sam Adam Sr., who repeatedly suggested Van Allen's tears in court were disingenuous.

Before Van Allen took the stand, Judge Vincent Gaughan advised that she had been appointed an attorney, saying some of her testimony might be "self-incriminating." She was granted immunity by prosecutors.

Van Allen said she approached prosecutors about testifying in the case only several months ago — six years after Kelly was charged.

"It's the right thing to do," she told jurors.

But Adam said Van Allen had ulterior motives when she contacted prosecutors in March, including to help get a reduced sentence in a weapons case for a man she lives with.

Adam also noted that Van Allen told prosecutors only Monday that she stole Kelly's watch in 2001.

"So the spirit didn't move you to do the right thing about this (the watch) until today?" Adam asked. He pointed across the courtroom at Kelly. "You tried to extort that man over there," he said.

Van Allen denied the accusation, saying Kelly asked her in 2007 whether she could hand over the tape of one of their three-way encounters.

Asked whether she knew of any other copies of that tape, Van Allen gestured at Kelly across the room, referring to him by his birth name.

"Robert would know," she said.

Wasting no time since his recent crowning as American Idol champion, David Cook has apparently scored himself a lover. And appeared to be true his love interest is former "Idol" contestant Kimberly Caldwell. Both of them have already gone on a date.

Never to shy away from showing his interest in Caldwell, Cook even asked her out on the TV Guide Network. "I'm just excited because I finally get to talk to you," he told her during an interview on the Idol Tonight show Wednesday night, May 21. "I've been hearing you say all these nice things about me all season, So I'm actually going to ask you to dinner right now."

Got a 'yes' from Caldwell, Cook was caught dining with her at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in New York over the weekend. On their dinner, Cook was quoted as telling "Extra" Caldwell was "great. So far, I've had a really good time with her."

Cook, moreover, also said during an interview on "Live With Regis and Kelly" Tuesday, May 27, he did have good time with Caldwell adding that "We'll probably hang out again. So we'll see."

Caldwell is a contestant on the second season of Fox Network's singing competition television show "American Idol". She was the sixth finalist eliminated and finished in seventh place.

The video, running 1:39 minutes, shows a woman who looks very much like Johnson, but it has not been confirmed that the tape is authentic. Rumors of a “Buckeey s*x tape” began circulating in 2007, but this is the first possible video that has emerged.

In the video it shows the woman, allegedly Buckeey, giving the unidentified man, allegedly Buckeey's ex-boyfriend, oral satisfaction, which later positions are turned around and the seemingly unprotected s*x continues. The video abruptly ends with a short message from the alleged 'Buckeey' stating that the man had relieved himself on her.

Cindy McCain appears in the June issue of Vogue looking relaxed, beautiful and well, American. In images captured by famed photographer Norman Jean Roy, McCain's wife is ditching her usual Stepford look in favor of a more relaxed, human look.

Robin Givhan called it earlier, when she wrote in an article about the aspiring first ladies, "McCain appears to be working to shatter a public image of the pretty — but starched — accessory."

The wife of (one of the) Democratic hopefuls, Michelle Obama, also had a Vogue shoot last September, which produced images that had an opposite message to McCain's.

Givhan commented: "Obama's photos seemed crafted specifically to help the viewer imagine her in the role of first lady. She is a study in little black dresses, conservative pearls, preppy hair and restraint. Again, the implied message is unmistakable: I am neither subversive nor threatening. I am not some scary 'other.' I am Camelot with a tan."

US Senator Edward M. Kennedy, the veteran lawmaker from Massachusetts who is the last surviving brother in the legendary Kennedy family, has been diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor, his doctors said today.

Experts in Boston and around the country said the information released indicated that Kennedy had terminal cancer and might have only a limited time to live.

Kennedy's doctors at Massachusetts General Hospital, who had been investigating the cause of a seizure that led to Kennedy's hospitalization this weekend, said that preliminary results from a brain biopsy indicated the seizure had been caused by a tumor in the top left portion of his brain.

The usual course of treatment for the tumor -- a "malignant glioma" -- includes combinations of various forms of radiation and chemotherapy, Dr. Lee Schwamm, vice chairman of the neurology department at the hospital, and Dr. Larry Ronan, Kennedy's primary care physician, said in a statement.

The doctors said decisions regarding the best course of treatment for the 76-year-old senator would be determined after further testing and analysis.

But other specialists said that the diagnostic details released by the hospital indicated that Kennedy had terminal brain cancer and most likely less than three years to live -- perhaps much less.

"Unfortunately, it's a really serious tumor," said Dr. Patrick Wen, clinical director for neuro-oncology at the Dana-Farber Cancer Center. Mass. General described the tumor as a malignant glioma, and that, Wen said, likely means that the tumor is at stage 3 or 4 on a four-point scale of severity, with 4 the most serious.

"The average survival for a Grade 4 tumor is 14 or 15 months," he said. "For a grade 3 tumor, it's two to three years. Unfortunately, the older you are, the worse it is. The biology of the tumor is worse, it's more aggressive."

Massachusetts General did not mention any plan to operate to remove the tumor, and specialists say that is probably because it is located in an area of the brain, the left parietal lobe, with many important functions, including speech and language. Tumors in this region can affect the ability to understand spoken and written words.

It is not clear how long Kennedy will be able to continue working, specialists say. Wen said that many patients do continue to work while undergoing treatment, which includes radiation and a type of chemotherapy pill that is generally well tolerated.

But Dr. Matthew Tilem, a Lahey Clinic neurologist, said, "I would think that most people receiving this diagnosis would retire in the near future."

Dozens of reporters, cameramen, and producers surrounded one of the entrances of Massachusetts General Hospital this afternoon, waiting for further word on Kennedy.

Kennedy's wife and children have been with him each day since he was hospitalized but have made no public statements.

The senator's wife, Victoria Reggie Kennedy, arrived today at Mass. General at 6:20 a.m., stepping out of a black sport utility vehicle and walking briskly inside. His sons -- Edward M. Kennedy Jr. and Representative Patrick Kennedy of Rhode Island -- came to visit their father at 9:45 a.m. None of the Kennedys talked to the media.

Senate Democrats and Republicans were in their separate weekly policy lunches when word reached them of the diagnosis. CNN reported there was stunned silence.

At a news conference after the meeting, Kennedy's fellow senators offered support.

Senator Harry Reid of Nevada, the Democratic leader, said he had talked to Kennedy's wife and the senator was in good spirits.

"The Senate really is a family," Reid said. "We, as a family, are tremendously concerned about Senator Kennedy."

Senator John F. Kerry, the junior senator from Massachusetts, said the Kennedys have faced more serious adversity more times than most families face once.

"Every one of us knows what a big heart this fellow has," Kerry said, calling his colleague a "living legend." "This guy is one unbelievable fighter ... He's in a fighting mood."

Malignant gliomas are a type of brain cancer diagnosed in about 9,000 Americans a year and are the most common type among adults.

Dr. Joseph Madsen, a neurosurgeon at Children's Hospital Boston, said the diagnosis was "very sad news."

“High-grade glio-malignancies” such as Senator Kennedy has “are unfortunately the most common kind of brain tumor in this age group, and they have a poor prognosis for long-term survival,” he said.

Kennedy's hospitalization Saturday triggered shock in the political world and drew an outpouring of support from around the nation. But the initial alarm subsided when friends and associates said that he was talking and joking with family later that day -- and watching the Red Sox game.

The youngest of the nine children of Joseph P. Kennedy and Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy, Edward Kennedy was first elected to the Senate in 1962 to finish the final two years of his brother's term. He is serving his eighth term and is the second most senior member of the Senate.

A champion of liberal causes, he unsuccessfully ran for president in 1980, losing the Democratic nomination to President Carter.

Some “source” is telling Splash News that Adnan Ghalib is shopping a Britney Spears sex tape from a vacation the two went on to Mexico. A Britney Spears sex tape complete with the pink wig.

That source has a first name that rhymes with “Badnan” and a last name that rhymes with “Ghalib.” Okay, okay, the source’s last name actually is Ghalib.

“Word is that the video starts with Britney undressing,” said the insider. “She was wearing some cheap clothes that she bought down there in Rosarito. The sex wasn’t particularly kinky but Britney wears a pink wig throughout. At one point in the tape Adnan asks the singer to remove the pink bob but she refused. “Adnan tells her to take it off at one point and she says coyly, ‘Take what off? There’s nothing left to take off.’”

Ugh, I don’t really care. I mean, I’d watch a Britney Spears sex tape, because, come on, who wouldn’t?, but I don’t think I’d really be all that excited about it. I’d be way more interested just to hear, like, the inane conversations these two had in the car.

Mariah Carey’s former boyfriend has been left heartbroken over the revelation of the singer’s quickie marriage to twenty-seven year old rapper Nick Cannon.

Record producer Mark Sudack, who split from Mariah, thirty-eight, at the beginning of the year is “shattered” that the diva married Nick after less than two months of dating.

“Everyone is scared to call him because no one knows what to say,” an US Weekly spy tattles. “He never thought she would go off and marry someone else. He’s heartbroken and shocked.”

Mariah, on the other hand, is basking in the comfort of wedded bliss: “Everyone’s calling me M.C.C’, which stands for Mariah Carey Cannon,” the Grammy winner gushed in a recent interview.

According to Maxim magazine, Supermodel Marisa Miller is the hottest woman in the world.

They say the blonde bombshell “embodies the official return of the all-American supermodel. Not since Cindy Crawford ruled the catwalk has a pinup born and bred on U.S. soil so thoroughly captured the imagination of the American male.”

Of her career, Miller says:

”I get a kick out of it, but it would be stupid to let it go to my head. It’s modeling – I didn’t find the cure for cancer.”

Tony Romo partied like a rock star with college friends in Chicago this weekend, and reportedly revealed to his friends that he and Jessica Simpson have split! Said a buddy:

“They’re broken up. He told us they broke up and that was that. We’re guys so we didn’t talk about it much.”

Romo enjoyed the ladies' attention everywhere he went on Saturday night. An eyewitness said at one bar:

“He was surrounded by girls. We had to restrain some who forcibly tried to make their way to his table.”

The evening ended at the Manor Nightclub, where the "bevy of beauties" hanging out in the VIP section were not enough for Romo and his friends. They supposedly "sent the nightclub’s bus to pick up more girls from the Hard Rock Hotel where Romo and his friends were crashing."

Hmmmm.... what to make of this news. I'm wondering if Jessica dumped HIM because she's pissed that Ashlee is tying the knot before she could get remarried.... and/or that Ashlee is supposedly going to have a baby before Jessica. Or maybe it's all a big publicity stunt engineered by Papa Joe! Which would not surprise me in the least.

Pop icon Madonna has announced that she will launch her 27-date world tour in Cardiff on 23 August.

The Sticky and Sweet tour will start at the Millennium Stadium, winding up in Miami on 26 November.

Tickets go on sale from 0900 BST 16 May with prices for the Cardiff show, starting at £55.

The tour will stop in major cities across Europe including London and Paris, as well as cities in the US.

Her last tour was in 2006 and concert organisers said more than 1.3m people went to her shows at venues across the world.

It made her the highest-grossing concert tour by a female artist at the time.

Her recent album, Hard Candy, has debuted at number one at 27 countries so far including the US, UK, France, Germany, Japan and Australia, according to her record company.

The 49-year-old star is due to play BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend in Kent on Saturday.

It's official!

Scarlett's rep has confirmed the engagement, saying that "they're both thrilled."

Ryan was, you'll recall, previously engaged to Alanis Morissette, who I certainly hope will be writing some sort of angsty ditty about this crap. I hope it's called "I've Released Seven Goddamn Albums and Not a Single One of Them Has Contained a Tom Waits Cover, You Pretentious Little Bitch."

You know what's really weird? Even though they've been dating for a year, there are no pictures of the two of them together. I checked three photo services, and couldn't find a single one. Strange indeed.

Here are some excerpts from the Tom Cruise Oprah Interview, tentatively titled “See! I’m Not Crazy!”

On the Couch Jumping Incident

“When we finished that show with you jumping up on the sofa, I was like, ‘Wow. What was that?’” she tells him in an interview in his Telluride, Colo., home. “I had no idea it was going to turn into an international brouhaha, as I’m sure you did not either.”

She even confesses, “I was a little nervous coming up this morning, I have to admit, because you and I have not sat down for a real conversation since the sofa incident.”

Cruise tells Winfrey, “I just felt that way, and I feel that way about her.

“I can’t even articulate it, to be honest,” he adds. “That feeling, that connection. Just who she is and what she means to me.”

Of the negative response to his couch jumping, Cruise says, “It just kind of kept going.

“Those things I kind of go, ‘You just have to take in stride.’ It just kind of became a confluence of things.”

ON ATTACKING MATT LAUER

He also opened up about his 2005 interview with Matt Lauer (Cruise attacked the anchor, calling him “glib” during a chat about psychiatry and the use of anti-depressant drugs).

“I was feeling pressed in the interview with Matt Lauer,” Cruise says. “For me, my issue was really about child drugging. It’s not like it is today, like people are really kind of openly talking about this.”

(Cruise now says of medicating children, “I think the parent should be able to and should make that decision.”)

ON SLAMMING BROOKE SHIELDS

He says his comments on post-partum depression “came out wrong.” (He slammed Brooke Shields in the same 2005 interview for taking Paxil to treat post-partum depression following the birth of her daughter Rowan.)

“What I regret is even discussing Brooke in any way,” Cruise says.

He says the incident has brought the two of them “closer” (Shields attended his 2006 wedding to Holmes.)

ON BEING A SCIENTOLOGIST

Cruise dodges Winfrey’s question about whether he feels people negatively target him because of his Scientology involvement.

“It’s a minority religion, and I think that sometimes people misinterpret [it],” he says. “I think the best thing is for people to read about it themselves. I believe people have the right to choose what they believe in.

“The code of Scientologists says you respect the religious beliefs of others,” Cruise adds. “That’s part of being a Scientologist, and that’s who I am as a person.”

In January, videos leaked online of Cruise at Scientology events discussing the religion. He says the footage “was stolen. I was receiving an award that evening for global literacy. It was a very private moment. I’m actually talking to my congregation.”

“It’s [taken] totally out of context,” he adds.

ON BUYING A SONOGRAM MACHINE FOR HOLMES DURING HER PREGNANCY

Cruise says he and Holmes took great pains to keep her pregnancy private. “We went in the middle of the night, and we were very excited — this is such a private moment,” he says.

“My life was already a zoo,” he says. When news leaked, “it was off the charts.”

As for purchasing a sonogram machine for Holmes, Cruise explains, “When you’re having a baby, you just want it to be as safe and as easy as possible.”

ON KEEPING SURI HIDDEN FOR SO LONG

Lots of rumors spread about their daughter, Suri, because the couple kept her hidden after she was born. Some blogs speculated that the child was deformed. That talk, Cruise says, was “hard to hear.

“We just want to have our baby, have the kids and everyone get to know Suri, get the family up here and just chill and have that time that you never get back,” he explains. “You don’t ever get those moments back.”

On waiting three months to publish her photo in Vanity Fair in 2006, Cruise says, “Kate and I didn’t feel any need to [rush] it. We said, ‘Why? It’s our family.’ We just were on Suri time.”

ON DAUGHTER SURI

“She’s spectacular,” he says. “She really is just magic.”

His two children with ex Nicole Kidman, Connor and Isabella, “were really excited.”

ON HIS MARRIAGE WITH HOLMES BEING FAKE

“That’s laughable to me,” Cruise says. ‘You just know that they’re trying to sell it and spin it.”

He says Holmes’ Catholic family has welcomed him.

“They’re amazing. I love them,” Cruise says. “You see why Kate is such an amazing woman — incredible integrity and strength. They’re family.”

ON RUMORS THAT HE HAS PUSHED NICOLE KIDMAN OUT OF THEIR KIDS’ LIVES

“No, that’s ridiculous,” he says. “We share custody. That’s what it is.”

ON HIS REPUTATION

“Listen I, I feel like definitely things have been misunderstood, and there are things I could have done better,” Cruise admits. “But then there’s also that world where you go, ‘Oh, it’s been spun to such an extent that … that’s a truth also.’

He continues, “Knowing when and where to communicate, I think that’s important.

“A lot of times I was nervous giving interviews. Or I wasn’t sometimes as comfortable about things. And I realized that it’s okay.
