Ali Vincent became the first woman to win the TV show Biggest Loser. Ali lost a total of 112 pounds and won the $250,000 grand prize.
“I’m overwhelmed. I knew I could do it and I did,” she told People magazine.
Alison ‘Ali’ Vincent, a 32-year-old hair stylist from Mesa, Ariz., couldn’t be happier! Leading a healthier life cannot be compared with anything. I was really amazed when I heard she went down from 234 lbs. to 122 lbs.! That must be really hard to accomplish.
Well, Roger Shultz had a pretty disappointing day. The guy got the most number of votes after coming down to 199 lbs. from 363 lbs. Everyone thought he would win the show but Ali had the last laugh.
As a contestant, Ali embodied the idea of “Believe it, Be it,” and followed her own philosophy throughout the show. She has been a champion synchronized swimmer and now, has championed another field of life, which millions of people all over the world have always wanted to do, the every morning they wake up.
But, no worries… Ali plans to share her thoughts about the whole experience and will also be starting a non-profit organization.
